Instability

A piece of story for character that is once was a godlike warrior of his race but after so much that has happened to him, he can't stop meeting more and more new problems on his way. After each fight only a stronger enemy gets after his life. Maybe one day this will be the end of him or maybe he'll become the one above all. 

Main changes:

- Changed all vanilla faction distances to 0

- Increased lvl gain for enemies 

- Changed perk tree by making some stuff more useful and things to farm stuff easier but removed absolutely all stats boosts like damage, armour etc. Bit reworked lvl system for player so enemies will have less troubles

- Small rebalance of few vanilla things

- Changed 360 arc weaponry system for ships

- Zero-dimensional modules.

- Changed Vanilla quests and added new personal story.

Main changes:

- Endgame ships field rework

- Added quest at 1000ly+

- Added a way to track captured factions in earlygame

- Continued story by a bit, teasing with stuff from an actually update
